I’m sure many of you are watching this Clemson-Pitt game. Let’s get some real objective analysis going. I haven’t watched much Clemson this year but my initial thoughts:
- They hardly even try to run the ball. Their OL is not good and they just lost a veteran who looks like he’ll be out awhile
- The offense in general just seems really lost and poorly coached. Tons of drops, lots of poor throws by DJ, missed blocks etc. It’s a legit bad offense. Very little explosive abolity
- Defense is stacked. I have some doubts on our ability to move the ball in any traditional way. The front 4 is elite and their LBs have been there for like 8 years it seems like.
- We need to play better on ST and most of all stick to the game plan. Need to embrace field position and winning ugly bc JT is going to have trouble completing passes in this game.
