No one disputes the notion former Florida State star Jalen Ramsey will walk across Chicago's Auditorium Theatre stage on Thursday, embrace with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and then proudly sport the jersey of the team that drafted him.

Just which jersey will it be? That is an entirely different debate.

After the NFL Combine in February, the idea of Ramsey being the No. 1 overall pick emerged a possibility. Then the Tennessee Titans, who flirted with the idea of selecting their hometown product, traded their first-round pick to the Los Angeles Rams. And with the Philadelphia Eagles trading up to No. 2, several mock drafts are expecting the Rams and Eagles to draft quarterbacks.

If those mock drafts hold true, Ramsey could go as high as No. 3 or "fall" to No. 6.

ESPN analyst Mel Kiper rated Ramsey as the No. 3 player on his final Big Board, which was released Tuesday.

"An extraordinary athlete who plays a physical brand of football, Ramsey is simply gifted -- a great marriage of superior physical ability and football instincts. He'll make any defense better," Kiper wrote.

Here's a look at some of the places Ramsey could call home:

San Diego Chargers, No. 3 pick

If the top two picks are quarterbacks, Ramsey will be considered by a San Diego organization that has been busy in free agency.

San Diego signed former Green Bay cornerback Casey Hayward to a three-year, $15 million contract in the offseason. They also signed safety Dwight Lowery to a three-year deal worth $7.2 million.

Picking up a cornerback and safety presents the appearance the Chargers have addressed their secondary issues. In 2015, they ranked 13th in points allowed and 18th against the pass. San Diego was the sixth-worst team in the NFL against the run.

ESPN: Draft analyst Todd McShay said recently he thinks the Chargers should take offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil with the third pick, but he's hearing San Diego will opt for Ramsey. He previously projected San Diego to go with former Oregon defensive end DeForest Buckner.

FOX Sports: Peter Schrager projects the Chargers will draft Tunsil as a way of protecting star quarterback Philip Rivers. He notes Ramsey and Ohio State defensive lineman Joey Bosa are options.

NFL.com: There's a split between a four-analyst panel, and none of them have Ramsey going to the Chargers.

Walter Football: Oregon's DeForrest Buckner is projected to be the third pick here, with Ramsey listed also as a strong possibility.

Dallas Cowboys, No. 4 pick

Dallas continues to be one of the most oft-discussed landing spots for Ramsey.

The Cowboys were the fifth-best unit against the pass last season yet were one of the 10 worst run defenses.

Free agency pickups included defensive lineman Cedric Thornton (four years, $18 million) along with re-signing linebackers Rolando McClain and Kyle Wilber. Dallas also re-signed cornerback Morris Claiborne.

CBS: A five-analyst panel suggests if Ramsey does not go to San Diego, he will most certainly end up in Dallas.

FOX: Even though the Cowboys signed running back Alfred Morris, the belief here is they would draft Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott.

NFL.com: Half of the panel states Ramsey will go to the Cowboys. The remaining panel is split between Bosa and Elliott.

Walter Football: Ramsey will go to the Cowboys because he is "the No. 1 player on their board," according to the site.

Jacksonville Jaguars, No. 5 pick

Only FOX Sports believes Ramsey will be a Jaguar on Thursday.

Jacksonville ranked fourth-worst against the pass in 2015. The front office addressed those needs by signing cornerback Prince Amukamara to a one-year deal. Jacksonville also inked safety Tashaun Gipson to a five-year, $35.5 million deal.

Baltimore Ravens, No. 6 pick

Most expect Ramsey to be doing interviews with media by the time the Ravens are on the clock. The remaining half of the NFL.com panel says Ramsey would go to Baltimore if he is available by that point.
