GT is sinking like a rock and goes to Clemson this week and then hosts Pitt. Pitt goes to UVA this week. Duke goes to Army this week. UNC is off this week and plays Wake the following week. The ACC - especially the Coastal - keeps beating each other up. And wins by Duke, Pitt and UNC have garnered little press attention. In order for the ACC to get attention, it needs more ranked teams. So one of these three coastal teams have to keep winning. For that to happen, GT has to continue to sink like a rock. If that happens, that will create its own story line. But the ACC needs to talk up these three teams and hopefully one of them will continue the year with no further losses. (Not likely in that division, but we'll see). I need to follow Pitt more closely. Narduzzi is experimenting with a two QB system and their defense seems pretty strong. They have one loss at currently 5-0 Iowa - on a last minute over 50 yard field goal.
As far as rest of coastal, NCState is at VT Friday night and of course we host Miami this week.
