Similar to the Head Coach Hot Board, we know changes have to be made at this point. If FSU cannot likely afford to start totally over until after the 2022 season, we at least need to shake up the staff and replace both Coordinators. Have a big game with LSU Labor Day 2022, and we need new leadership going into that. Fortunately we do have Duquesne Week 0 to try to start 1-0 for the first time in a long time, although they just beat Ohio this past weekend, so it will be no gimme sadly.

Fuller and Dillingham are clearly in over their heads. Travis Hunter is more tied to Woodson than Fuller anyway, so don’t see huge recruiting class issues if we make coordinator changes, as the main issue is winning and that’s down the drain this season.

Personally believe that Randy Shannon should become DC effective immediately for the rest of this season, then we know if he can be the answer before we go external.

Ignoring the 100% impossible options, Ex: Bill O’Brien or Pete Golding from Alabama
