I hope it's ok to post her name above as it's now public....I think it's ok...but Cornwell just tweeted the following...what is he referring to?

"Justice Harding's decision affirmed n Kinsman's appeal. How many losses b4 media refers to the them as FALSE allegations? #0-6"

I guess the normal COC panel reviewed Harding's ruling then and said they won't reverse it.... her extortionist camp will just claim FSU is covering for themselves and their former start QB...

Funny how we are nervous here about this case. Media today

I think the word "appeal" is a little off base but the rests of what he said is probably true. For example a board of realtors has an exploratory committee that looks into an alleged violation then it is passés it on to a hearing panel (like Judge Harding was). Once the Hearing panel makes their final decision it is then passed along to the Board of Directors to confirm the decision, deny or other.

In my mind, the next level up at FSU (board of Trustees or President) affirmed the hearing panels (Justice Harding) decision.

To keep her name in the news.

Esteemed Retired Supreme Court Justice Harding deliberates for weeks all of the evidence and carefully weighs the facts and comes up with a ruling. The Kinsman team gushes over how well Justice Harding has handled the case...until the final verdict is read. Then, all of a sudden, he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, and they appeal. And lose.

These people are on crack. Literally the ONLY evidence there EVER WAS is that she said it happened. THAT'S IT. And yet, here we still are.

She's like Michael Jordan. He missed 100% of the shots he did not take and she keeps shooting and keeps missing. So far she has missed on 100% also.

Hahaha gosh they look so pathetic. They're considering yet some other kind of appeal?! I wonder why? Oh maybe because it would help a potential civil trial. There can't possibly be another reason.

It's like Single said it is just to keep the process moving to go for s civil suit against not only FSU but JW5 after he has signed s contract. I wish when they do file a civil suit it would get thrown out on the grounds that she clearly waited go sue him after he became a rich man. The other things are just stalk tactics to drag it out until 5 gets paid. If he would have come back for one more year they would effectively be out of bullits after FSU case. Then their waiting to file would become completely obvious for the money grab it is.

Her worst mistake would be taking Winston to civil court with all her false allegations. She will lose against FSU she will lose against Winston.. Only thing left would be TPD and she may lose that as well.

The worst part about this whole thing (other than Jameis having to deal with this crap) is that she says she doesn't even remember what happend. So how does she know she was NOT a willing participant? Jameis legitimately thought she wanted him that night, she regrets it/doesn't remember and all of a sudden it's rape.

I think some people don't understand the definition of rape!!

Cornwell made it loud and clear, that if she files Suit against Winston, he (Cornwell) will immediately file a counter suit!

The civil suit won't ever happen. She will just try to keep it in the new and get him to pay her to go away. No chance that girl can take the stand.

And his contract doesn't matter. The suit could be tied to future earnings.

Better chance he settles to put this situation in the rear view mirror. That's the goal of Kinsman's investors... Err I mean lawyers.

Unbelievable. Her chances are NONE in a Civil Trial. And Winston will never settle.

May lose against TPD? That's the weakest case of all and the others are horrible. There is literally no possible legal ground for suing TPD.

This comment at the end of the article from a poster (a women's rights advocate and rape survivor) says it all:

Deb says: Mar 14, 2015 2:18 PM

@ryanw822 …

Perhaps you should actually read the police files. The knock on the TPD is that they tried to talk her out of pressing charges because there was no credible evidence. They didn't change her statements, or the downloads from her cell phone. Her statements were completely inconsistent, they didn't match the downloads from her cell phone, she changed her story multiple times-and apparently she's telling yet another story in this new documentary.

And no, I'm not a Winston fan, nor an FSU fan. I'm a women's rights advocate and rape survivor who has an aversion to women who can't tell a straight story.

This and 1000's of cases like this don't count as a false rape accusation, because she hasn't been charged and convicted and she hasn't confessed to making it up. SO, this case counts both as a "women not being believed" and as a campus rape. That's why they can claim the number of false rapes is around 3% and campus rapes and women not being believed is 10 times what it really is..

Where does Cornwell get the '0-6' in his tweet?

She's crashed and burned with re to:
TPD
State Attorney's Office
FSU Code of Conduct Hearing
Appeal of FSU Code of Conduct Hearing Decision

what are her other 2 failed attempts?

Is he counting the CoC trials of Darby and Casher? Dunno otherwise.

probably.

makes you wonder why they got charged for something incidental, and she never got charged for underage drinking and attempting to cheat on her test.

Probably the same reason the police didn't charge her with it when she admitted to it (the underage drinking that is); almost regardless of how dubious the claim, it's a bad look to charge an alleged rape victim with something they admit to during the telling of their story.

But that also lends to the reasoning for why she has stuck to her claim, backing out might open her up to some charges in addition to filing a false police report, etc.

And I'd wonder if her new school might look into those texts about the test, should she recant.
