I think after he pulls this card and scares recruits away at the last second he’s gone either way.
IMO Norvell needs to hire a real proven OC that he can collaborate with and he can learn from even.
Dilly was a prop and he’s really not a good play caller at all. what happened with our offense this season should have been diagnosed way earlier. No reason we lose those early games if it wasn’t for his atrocious play calling. Maybe Norvell had the plays called as well but any top OC would have made sure that stuff never happened in the first place.
