After consulting with Wikipedia, her first version was a smash number one country hit in 1974 and her re-recorded version for Best Little Whorehouse in Texas sound track went number one again.

Dolly's version sounds like a 33 record played at 45 speed. Whitney's version is much better imo. I can't decide what I think about the dude's version yet. #toosoon
