Duke roadtrip

Has anyone made the trip to Durham for a game? I'm thinking about going up there for the game on Oct. 21 and was wondering if anyone had tips on where to stay. Is there a good place an hour or so outside of Durham to stay? Any restaurant recs or site seeing to dos?

Any info is appreciated.
