Per my big $ alumni penn st buddy. Didn’t think PSU would counter or even Franklin would stay ....then asked Franklin to hold off on signing early in week so they could present offer .... this is what he told me. He has been telling me all Franklin to FSU... just passing along what a Penn St friend told me, no inside FSU source or anything just a penn st guy connected. He also thinks Norvell is a good hire so he is not out to BS me .
Franklin was the announcement last week .....
