Norvell talking now. Said he thought this was a very good practice. Challenged them to have a good practice after a scrimmage, and they did that.

Looking back at scrimmage, the offense did some good things situationally. Very good on third downs. But had too many negative plays with the first-team offense. ... Second-team offense didn't have that problem, but points out that defense isn't as stingy.

Today's practice, thought offense started well, then defense responded. All in all, really good day.

Said Jammie Robinson has had a really good spring. Has been a little limited, but did more work today and he was "flying all around the field."

Akeem Dent is "playing really good ball." He's a playmaker. Is as confident as he's ever been here.

Says the OL has a couple guys "working through things" physically. So that's giving younger guys a chance.

DJ Lundy is playing much more confidently and also has worked on his flexibility.

On the defense overall, they're playing the way the team needs them to. Says the transfers have really added so much. Points out the impact of Tatum Bethune and some of the other newcomers.

On the spring game, it's going to be offense vs. defense. Won't be two separate teams. Also some fun things.

On Darius Washington, probably out for spring game. But expected to be available for summer workouts.

We'll have videos coming.,

Out here for the Tuesday practice.

Nice turnout of former players and coaches in attendance: Mickey Andrews, Wally Burnham, Bill Ragans, Kyler Hall, Joe Ostaszewski and maybe a couple others.

We’ll have much more coming after practice around 6:45
