From reading the social media, message boards, talks with other Noles, most of us agree--a Top 5 class is unrealistic for FSU at their current NL budget.
I happen to believe that a Top 10 class, with current NIL budget is unrealistic.
If FSU finishes in 12-15 range right now, I will be happy--as long as they are building the talent floor, and putting money in positions that matter, and players productivety.

Here are the schools, I think most of us would agree---spend more than FSU on NIL $$$ in college football:

B1G
1. Ohio St
2. Michigan
3. Penn St
4. Oregon
5. USC

SEC
6. UGA
7. Bama
8. Tenn
9. Florida
10. LSU
11. TAMU
12. Texas
13. OU

ACC
14. Miami
15. Clemson
16. SMU

Independent
17. ND

FSU has a couple advantages, (being in FL, succesful program history - reputation for titles and elite players success here and in pros) but those advantages fade in today's market, if you dont have a competitive NIL budget.

What do you think are realistic expectations for FSU 2026 class, or in general?
Are there teams you think we should add or take off that list?

I def think SMU is outspending FSU.
They still have a lot of oil-men and a lot of football pride.
