All of them.

Check out my new tribal kettleball tat - sorry about the bad lighting...

I work out 5-6 days/week and have not benched in years. I have no idea if I could even get 225 up once. And I don't trust many of the 6am crew to spot me if I tried.

Right now probably 1 time. In 2010 I changed my workouts(!when working out) to more pushing and pulling my own weight type of workouts. Before then I benched quite regularly which would end with doing 225 lbs 12 times. It was stupid because it was not something I needed and was not good for functional strength, but I was stuck in an old school workout routine. I also still would max out which was stupid too, and could still get up over 300 lbs which helped in no way at all.

Now or in the wonder years?

In the wonder years I would throw it up 20 plus times... These years my shoulders would probably turn to mush.

I don't bench real weight in my work outs, I use Hammerstrength machines.

I do have some proof here of basic virility. @PoopandBoogers was at my house about a year ago and I have a pull up bar out back and I cranked out 20 pull-ups and I weigh 235.

I keep body weight fit. Pull ups, push ups, dips and planks. Don't throw a lot of weights around anymore. When I do lift it's light and for reps to get the heart rate up.

I'm old.

I’m only 36 but my left shoulder is already starting to feel arthritic so I don’t do bench anymore. It’s great getting old.

I don’t bench much anymore, just machines usually. I did start bench pressing again for a couple years when my son was a Jr and Sr in HS. I was surprised how much I could still bench. Would regularly bench 225 8-10 times. I’ve got relatively long arms (backstroker in swimming), but in HS I maxed at 335. Nowadays, I honestly feel like I’d rip something serious if I tried to throw up that type of weight again. And really, why? My focus is on my waist size nowadays.

Yeah, it's always great to think about glory days /wonder years. I could have beat Derwin James 21 reps straight up back then. I could still do it, it would just take me 4 sets to do it now, lol. Can't bench heavy anymore because of shoulders and old age (older than 36 LOL).

I think the Locker Room should host an old-timers combine. Maybe we could change the events to be more age friendly. Ideas?

Probably 25-30 times...currently on what is my light day I do 3 sets at 10-12-14 and I did 300-310-320 Tuesday. Course I'm 6'6 275 so my big ass should be lifting more.

Hilarious considering I could barely bench 200 pounds when I was working out in High School and College and just really started lifting again seriously April 1 last year.

Sorry other way around 14 at 300. We go down in weight on the 10 12 14 day....then will go up in weight tonight and we do 8 6 4.......and I was just over 4 last time we maxed (month ago). Started taking creative and beta-alanine about a month ago and have seen significant gains in what I can do

12 ounce curls would likely be a featured event.
Oh, make it a tri! Race to the convenience store, pound a twelve pack, crawl to the porcelain. The pukeathon.

Please post a shirtless pic putting up your last 320lb rep to substantiate claim...

I would guess 3

In 2015 I would guess 10 times.

In comparison, Oklahoma offensive tackle Orlando Brown, regarded as a top OL draft pick, put up 225 14 times.

One of the components would be the box-sit, right?

Last fall when I was working out 3-4 times a week, I could do it once. I did it one day in workout and then that evening I thought I'd show off to my wife. It did not go well. She had to help me lift it back up.

I have no idea and wouldn't even consider looking at a straight bar bench. I have had 4 shoulder surgeries, 2 on each shoulder. Although 2 of them were due to injuries. Every ortho surgeon I know says no straight bar bench after 30. To the topic at hand I know I could do 10-15 reps of dumbbell bench with 100lbs.
