Houston is a big fuel hub how will the storm affect fuel availability in the south the next few weeks?

I also see that rain chances in Atlanta have risen to 50-60 percent for the weekend.

Any thoughts about how the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey will effect the FSU-Bama game this weekend?
