After reading the chronicles, it's obvious that Jimbo read Warchant and Democrat articles that were written about the football team...
That said, in Ira's column, "Jimbo Fisher absolutely must not coach Saturday," he finishes the article speaking directly to Jimbo:
"They came to Florida State to follow you and your vision, Jimbo. They came to play for the coaching staff you assembled. They came to represent Florida State University.
They came because they wanted to be Seminoles.
Let them do it on Saturday without all of this ugliness.
These young men have helped you become a very rich man. It's the least you could do to repay them."
If Ira knew Jimbo was going to read the article, and knew Jimbo was going to go ballistic when he read it....one could surmise that it was a little jab at the coach everyone knew was no longer going to be coaching in Tallahassee...
With the history these two have with each other, Ira might have gotten the last laugh in the feud...everyone knows, "He who laughs last, laughs loudest."
