I was born in Florida and lived in Tallahassee (my dad's hometown) until 1977 when we moved to Houston. I had a big tie to Tally as a kid with FSU football and our success in those early Bowden years. And I also really fell in love with A&M as everyone I knew was a t.u. fan and I liked the Aggies instead. I grew up a fan of both programs and I went to a LOT more Aggie games as a kid than FSU games we we lived in Texas (my folks divorced in 1980 and my dad moved to College Station and worked at A&M).

Several of my close friends went to A&M including my best friend who was in the Corps there and is as big an Aggie fan as there is on the planet. I've always pulled for Aggie.

Now? Man, Fisher leaving us in the way that he's leaving us is really going to test my feelings for Ol' Army.
