Jacksonville expecting to land an FSU game in '18 or '19

As you know, FSU has been very active in talks with cities like Atlanta, Orlando, Jax about future neutral-site games.

Rick Catlett in Jacksonville says in this story that he thinks the 'Noles will be back there in 2018 or '19. Wouldn't be a surprise at all, but kinda interesting that he said it publicly.
