CB Javien Elliott
Elliott is making a strong case to be the Bucs’ nickel cornerback this season. He has been working as the Bucs’ No. 3 corner for most of training camp and had one of his best practices yet on Thursday. As Scott Smith noted, Elliott broke up at least three passes, including one-on-ones. He also flashed strong coverage working against Adam Humphries during team drills.
