Lot 10 - one final trip around the Sun

Not one to start rumors, but friend saying an email from ticket rep came through today with news that Lot 10 will not be available for tailgating in 2017?
Can anybody confirm or deny this rumor that I'm claiming not to have started despite clearly starting it?
