Dot’s latest update said meeting with FSU not finished. So, this was premature. I stand by it though: no word = bad news.

If Taggart Left without a deal, I think you’d get this. If Taggart left without saying “yes”, it’s the functional equivalent of “no”.
Everyone is saying, “well he has intergrity.” And I’m sure he does. But, in the 21st century if he said yes, someone from FSU will leak it.
