I see this in the NFL, and it really applies to college football.
Positions of value:
1. QB
2. LT
3. DE
4. DT
5. CB
6. WR
imho, these are the positions that FSU should be scouting and be willing to pay market, or above market value to land.
They are the difference makers on the field.
If you dont have these positions locked down, you aren't winning games, you def are not winning conference titles.
Landing mid QB's isn't going to win you any games.
In today's market, I would be looking to land 5-6 portal guys that can help tilt the field.
