Wednesday update

Rivals says they've worked out the bugs and starting at 2 a.m. ET early Thursday a new login system will be implemented that will automatically log out all users. You will need to log back just once and should be good to go from that point forward. However, your username and password will not be cached (remembered by your computer) the first time you log back in. So make sure you have your password handy.

1. If you are getting logged out frequently it may be that your password doesn't meet the minimum requirements. It must be at least nine characters long and contain at least one number. If that's the case please reset your password.

2. If you are still encountering login problems, clear all cookies and login again.

3. If you don't remember your password or misplaced where you had it written down (happens to me all the time) there’s an easy process to recover your password.

* Forgot Password: https://floridastate.n.rivals.com/users/password/forgot (All passwords must be at least nine characters long and contain at least one number)

* Forgot username: https://floridastate.n.rivals.com/users/username/forgot

* Also, Rivals customer care will be available via chat between 8 am and 5 pm CT Friday by going to the Contact Us page at the footer of every page and following the proper links and flows.

3. If all else fails, you can reach out to the Warchant Customer Service email - support@warchant.com and we will do our best to assist. If your email has changed so you can't access the Password reset link make sure to including information so we can verify you are who you say you are. That includes:
Username and at least one of the following:
  1. Email you signed up with
  2. Address listed when you signed up
  3. Phone number you entered when you signed up
  4. Zip code you entered when you signed up.
NOTE: The new login system is set up to log out users that are clearly sharing accounts. If you are getting booted off it means others are also logged into your account. For some of you this may be by accident but with others you shared your account knowingly. Either way, if you are the owner of such an account the easy way to fix the problem is to reset your password and not share it. We aren't going to punish anyone who knowingly shared an account, and with a select few this has been abused greatly, so if you have been using someone else's account we welcome you to sign-up with your own account.
