There has to be some older retirees in Tallahassee that want to involve themselves with the Football program and help these kids anyway they can outside of donating money to the program. Why can't we bring these folks on as a Life Coach or Support Role?

How to renew a license
How to cook
How to pay a bill, late fee, or ticket
How to write a Resume
How to interview for a job
How to interview with the media
How to dress for any interview
How prepare a schedule
How to change a tire
How to get involved in the Tallahassee community
Etc.
Simple life lessons that not every kid was fortunate to learn while growing up.
Having someone come speak to these players once every three months isn't cutting it. They need people around the program everyday encouraging them and coaching them to better themselves off the football field. Will this eliminate all of our problems? Of course not. But it's time we start getting creative and finding ways to reach these kids.
