I would like to start a private cash fantasy league. $50 per person and the payout being 1st = $300 2nd = $150 3rd = $50. This is a way for people in illegal states to play fantasy football for money. How it would work is everyone would paypal me the money and I would keep it in a separate account and pay out the winners at the end of the season.
