Jerry can explain this better, the top horizontal beam will be the floor of new Champions Club. The walkway to the left will be removed. The Champions Club will go from that beam to roof, the fence railing is probably 4 1/2 feet high so that gives you some relevance to how enormous the new club will be, curving around stadium at over 50,000 sq. ft.
The stands over the walkway to left will be removed and replaced with the 2 tier stands you have seen in the renderings. I will get Jerry to chime in in about a hour to better describe.
