Here's what happened

A bunch of drunk and non-drunk FSU/FAMU/TCC students outside a popular Tallahassee bar get into a shouting match (how in the heck is THIS possible?)

Some words are exchanged and everyone is heated up and shouting and screaming.

Inevitably, arms were swinging and tempers flaring

Someone's arm pushed her, a swinging purse knocked her in the face, people rushing to pull people apart, a friends elbow accidentally hit her, who knows. She's swinging and screaming and possibly she hit someone.

Dalvin and others try to break things up, but she didnt like the fact that he was likely yelling at her and she felt disrespected.

I'm sure the word "ho" was shouted. From both sides.

So she decides to make a bigger deal out of it than she should have.

OH MY GOD, I HAVE SEEN THIS PLAY OUT SO MANY TIMES IN MY LIFE!

Here what I think.

I dont doubt she got hit.

However, and this is just MY OPINION, I seriously doubt anyone punched her on purpose.

Thankfully, thats the way the justice system is designed.

It would have to be proven, and it just could not have been proven.
