I am not buying into "American's aren't interested" anymore. Last night, I watched an MLS regular season game here in Seattle with 65,000 other "interested" fans at CenturyLink Field.
Can't wait until Atlanta's team joins. Also looking forward to Orlando entering the MLS next year....
It is a dream come true having the game embraced at this level. I think Atlanta and Orlando are putting their stadiums in areas where the Seattle/Portland/Houston model can succeed. Will be a lot of fun to watch those teams get started.

I love both football and football equally. I am sad that the WC is over but I have disappointment in the euros to look forward to! :)

I enjoyed the WC very much. Great event. Judging by the TV ratings and crowds in the bars so did a lot of other people whether it was to watch the games or socialize. That is all part of it.

I enjoyed the World Cup,but I don't plan to watch anymore soccer until 2018...

now it makes perfect sense why the world is in turmoil. the whole world thinks soccer is the only sport on earth. all those people watch a game for over 90 minutes that has about 4 second of real excitement. then the fans leave with all kinds of penned up emotions. they leave and beat each other up. if they only would all become Seminole football fans, the world would be a much better and safer place.

Again no one says you have to watch that's why I don't turn on the TV to watch the masters, MLB, NASCAR, or the wnba.

It's been successful for me avoiding it's exposure. ;)
