The recent events in Gainesville, is this a clear examples of

the media power they have in the State of Florida? If on Monday an FSU starting QB was suspend for a year due to PEDs & Tuesday a FSU DB was arrested on felony charges for holding a gun to the head of his pregnant GF then later firing a shot towards her, FSU would be in serious damage control (and failing at it).

It's unbelievable how calm the National & State news are about these two events and how they are a day apart. Especially quiet on Facebook.
