Neighbors lawn maintenance guy was out there at 6:30.

I feel like that's to early.

If I was building a house next door to you, the workers would start at 7am Mon-Sat and at 8am on Sunday. That's what I would figure for lawn work as well.

Whenever the hell I have time to get some yardwork done in between work, kids' sports practices, and me getting to drunk to attempt to use items that might hurt me. If the time I choose is too early for you, than you should've invited me over for some beers last night - then I'd have slept in, too.

The lawn guys apparently come at 8 AM on Tuesdays in the Condo community I've lived the last 6 years. I can't confirm because I've never been there, but that is fine by me.

The leaf-blowers start around 7 am in my apartment complex and they do it on several days through out the week. I'm already awake by then but I do feel that it is too early.

The funny thing is, I never actually see them pick up the leaves. I usually stop by my place during my lunch break and they're still there with the leaf-blowers. I'm convinced that they spend one day blowing all the leaves to one side of the complex and then the next blowing them back to the other side.

I can't stand leaf-blowers.

This schedule would earn you a fire of undetermined causation one evening....

I think my city ordinance says nothing before 7am. That's fine with me. Of course, in the winter, it's not uncommon for the few of us with snow blowers to be out before six.

I gotta go with:
8:00 Weekdays
9:00 Weekends
This is the one. Anything earlier and you won't be making friends on the block.

And yes, new baby at home, but he sleeps through just about anything. We have made it a point to get him used to noisy environment when sleeping.

It's me that sleeps light. I can hear a mouse fart while sleeping.

7:00 am on weekdays
8:00 am on weekends

And I wouldn't blame them either. Limited daylight, hot as sin in the summertime, and they're trying to hit as many jobs/sites as they can.

7AM on weekdays is very reasonable start time IMO. 6:30AM is pushing it.

I always hear the trash carriers in our neighborhood going by around 6:45AM. The old ones (Waste Management) never came by before 7AM, which I appreciated.

LOL not in any of MY HOA's you wouldn't.

7:00 AM is OK M-F, 8:00 on Saturday and no lawn contractors on Sunday.

I swear, in my neighborhood, I seem to be the only person that mows my own lawn. Therefore, everyday is a slalom course around lawn service pick up trucks and trailers. Parking on the inside of curves is my personal favorite; makes driving exciting on my way to and from work.

I don't really care when my wife does it. I just want all of the noise stopped when I sit down to watch a game or something notable on TV. I will authorize her to take a break if she is interfering with my TV watching.....she can finish the yard later. This works fine for me, and she enjoys the feedback.

I don't care if you mow at 3am and I would laugh if you got mad at me for it. You can have a all night Metallica concert in your front yard for all I care. A jet engine wouldn't wake me

Wow, living in a high-rise building in the city, I completely forgot about this issue and how much I hate the sound of lawn mowers, blowers and trimmers. Happy to never deal with this again, if I can help it.
