I remember a long time ago, when Mad Cow (I think) was our mod, he was able to see them. My IP address was from NY when I am in south FL.

That is incorrect. Mods were able to see them about 10 years ago when I was a Mod. I highly doubt that has been taken away. It was one of the main tools used to determine if 2 posters were indeed the same person.
