My partner is up there with his family this week. I texted him this morning "looks like a great place to spend summer vacation." At least he's out of this brutal heat.
This isn’t my cup of tea, personally. I like to see the players score, at least to some extent. “Survival mode” golf is not entertaining in my view.
Don’t forget all controversy from the 2004 U.S. Open. U.S.G.A. looked bad after that.
In general I prefer that, too - but I like watching them battle the overly tough conditions of the US Open every year.
Yeah. I agree. We get to watch them score every other week. I don't mind watching them have to be precise for one week at the US Open.
With the way the weather is getting better, I don't see the cut falling that far. He's T-99 after the morning groups are done. That's a lot of golfers falling.
