Agree he got what he deserved and hope my daughter would do the same thing to him. But having to register as a sex offender wow.

You shoukd be able to walk anywhere flashing $2k in cash, but it's not smart to do so in a high crime area or an area of drunkards.

I think some folks are conflating his observation with justification.
Ask yourself this. Would you expect waitress in a burka in that same environment to be ass grabbed with the same frequency as one dressed like she works at Hooters?
I don't think it is an unreasonable position to assert the burka wearing waitress would get less fondling. This doesn't justify fondling in either case, nor does it justify society forcing women to wear burkas (odds are high someone would miss the point and go there...) Just more a discussion of probability and human (particularly alcohol poisoned) behavior.
In a way, I can see this line of reasoning.
You don't want to walk down a dark alley if you don't want to get mugged, but that doesn't justify someone mugging another person in a dark alley.
You don't leave your car unlocked if you don't want someone burglarizing it, but that doesn't justify burglarizing an unlocked car.
The difference between theses examples and the one above is that it flirts to closely with the "blame the victim" line.

Is it possible the skimpy clothes increase the chances of her getting her ass grabbed? Sure.
Does that matter one bit? NO. Should she have to censor her attire to account for some drunken loser’s poor decisions? NO.
If the nation and world are fine with a guy grabbing a butt and getting classified as a sex offender that is fine with me; I just want to know if I make a dumb drunk mistake that my life is over. Don't care either way just want to make sure I never make a mistake or do something dumb when I am drunk; that way I know my life is over. So many zero tolerance folks have opinions; it must be nice to never make a mistake.
