What in the world was that tackle on Fournette by #28?

Its the 3rd run in this video, I cant make a gif of it. He has room to hit him low but jumps up at his head and spins around. It looks like some kind of Friday Night Lights tv tackle. You cant tackle anybody like that much less that train. It almost looks fake
