It has not been good at all for years now and it seems like when teams want to throw on us they have no issue doing it. Year after year it is a problem and somehow we keep playing a lot of freshman which means the upper classmen aren't getting better with experience. How can we recruit so well at these spots every year (based on HS rankings) and keep having the same issues?
