Where can I watch FSU-Duke in Richmond?

I'm going to be in RIchmond 10/13-15 for the Foo Fighters show and I was wondering if anyone knows of a bar close to the Marriott and the Richmond Coliseum. There's a T. Miller's Bar in the Marriott but I've read very mixed reviews on that place.

Would I be better off just buying a sixer of PBR and watching the game on my Watch ESPN app?

Drive to game, Durham is 3 hours from Richmond. Plus Duke hoops hosting open practice in morning.
