I just don't see them ever rising to what FSU and UF has created in infrastructure with their current "game plan" of just hiring fresh meat to run a 7-5 program. UCF is a model for what I think UM would have to do to become a player again. UCF's limited/ beginning groundwork with UM's brand name is what they would have to do. I just don't see em doing it. Anybody they bring in is gonna have to break the rules to be competitive( Butch Davis are you listening?)
