Tiger just announced he's playing...

If he gets a tee time setup where he plays Thursday afternoon/Friday morning, he'll be home in Jupiter in time to have supper Friday evening.

Perhaps The Masters should just have him do the inaugural start with Nicklaus,Palmer and Player to get him off the course even quicker!

Would love to see Tiger win it this weekend and quiet some of the critics. He is just fun to watch.

Tried to watch the PGA effect this weekend, what a snoozer. Golf is better to watch when Tiger is on his game.

Total bs, unless you're solely buying into the media hype and nothing more. The end of the Shell Houston Open was pretty damn exciting if you have any inkling to golf at all. 8 guys within 2 shots of the lead going into the last 3 holes. One no-namer hits a bomb of a putt to be only the 3rd person to birdie 18 all day to force a playoff. The stud of the group shanks an approach shot yet gets up-and-down for a 3-way playoff. Then the guy who shot -8 on the day just to make it wins it after being on ice for an hour. Sorry, but that's just as good as anything you'll see in golf, again, if you can see past just the media Tiger hype train.

Is there a Perkins within reasonable driving distance of Augusta? If so he may have a shot.

Not trying to start a fight Tampa just my opinion. Tiger is fun to watch when he is competitive, no media hype needed.

Didn't see the end of the tournament this weekend, watched a hour or so at the beginning of the broadcast yesterday and changed to Wicked Tuna reruns because it was boring as hell.

Between Spieth, Holmes, and Wagner -- which is the no name?

You're not a fan of the game you're a Tiger fan...

The only no name was the kid from Arkansas playing in only his second pga tournament, Austin Cook and he was the best story for me.

Nice day in Augusta today. Aside from a 10 minute cloudburst in the afternoon it was beautiful, sunny, and warm. Lots of good pairings out there. Nice to see Crenshaw getting a standing ovation at every tee.

Hoping the weather holds up out there this weekend and there aren't lengthy delays. Love that course, it's so beautiful.

So what does everyone make of this story that Tiger allegedly shot a 30 on the front in practice yesterday? Kinda hard to believe it was a 30 but he must be hitting it decently at least. I actually think he's going to play pretty well. He always plays well at Augusta even coming off lengthy absences. I could see a top 25.

I see what you did there...
What did I do there?

Every tee box, the people who were sitting down stood up and applauded Ben Crenshaw.
I just chuckled cause most people are already standing...
