On the play Francios was injured. Have re watched several times. #69 just did not even attempt to make the block and was not engaged with any defender. Their blitzer ran right by him and Francois gets chased down from behind.
I have seen others mention that the QB failed to pick up the blitz pre-snap, however he didn't fail to account for the blitzer, he just thought his 5 OL could block 4 guys rushing.
