Let’s solve this mystery.
Why would a highly advanced alien spacecraft need blinking lights?
I think 400' and within sight are restrictions.Apparently, other than restricted airspace, there are no rules about where these things fly. That’s the way many people like it. Funny, now that there’s a problem, small government, small FBI advocates want the government to step in.
A lot of these "sightings" are actually airplanes. Most folks have never really looked up at night.
All of them. 🤷♂️How many airplanes have green and red lights on at night?
Agreed. And how is this enforced? Honest question. I’m not being snarky for a change.😉I think 400' and within sight are restrictions.

Your either color blind or just blind. They are on once you power up the airplane. Also a red rotating beacon on the top and the bottom. Airliners and most other planes also turn on their landing lights below 10,000' at night. The idea is to be seen.I've never seen planes flying that low with red and green lights although I'm not a star gazer.
