There are a few times when an Air Force F4 came home with the boom still stuck in the refueling receptacle. They never live that down and may get a new nickname from that.

I was on a small commuter plane flying from Madison Wisconsin to Midway when I got a real time understanding of why Chicago is called the Windy City. The landing was almost exactly like that.

I see this all the time, even at high speeds on the Interstates, and am surprised this doesn't happen more than it does.
That guy is lucky it was a slow speed and he wasn't run over by one of the cars. Can't fix stupid.
