Speed is the key. Back in the day before all the internet cheating went on, the advice I got was that speed was the key. Do the ones you know, come back to those you dont. You don't have a ton of time to work.

i took one once before. i do well on IQ tests but because of the time limit its challenging.
- do several practice tests. the ones you find online are pretty similar.
- have a digital timer so you can keep track of time. i think its 12 minute limit and the proctor won't necessarily give you a warning.
- some are easier than others, so skip the harder/time consuming ones.

The test consisted of 30 questions and I was given 8 minutes to finish. Completed 22 questions. HR said I did very well. Although they may say that to everyone.
