Ok, bear with the psycho-babble -this is my first Jimbo bashing post

Can we trace the total lack of Leadership & Trust on this team to Jimbo’s abandonment of a bunch of 17-18 year old kids just months after having sold them on being their coach/father figure for the next four years?
