Juice is Loose

I've heard from a friend who owns a condo on the gulf in the St. Pete Beach area that OJ has reportedly bought a Condo in their complex. He and his wife are very unhappy about it. Hope Pam Bondi can come through on blocking his return.

Bondi can't do anything.
He is transferring his parole to Florida.
The rules of the transfer are governed by the Interstate Compact Agreement.
An immediate family member in the receiving state (his kids are here) is an automatic qualifier.
I'm a probation officer. I know this with 100% certainty.
With that being said, Florida can impose addtional conditions (other than his Nevada parole conditions ) such as a 10pm curfew. That would put a damper on his celebrity night life.

Can we put a stipulation on him owning knives...or committing felonies...or murders?

Hopefully he'll be ostracized and treated like a child molester wherever he moves to.

His son is a Nole! Go Noles?

I work in the federal system and routinely see requests for relocations of supervision get denied, even with family members. When that happens the inmate has to move onto Plan B or return to their district of sentencing. I am sure there are nuiances between state/fed cases but that is my experience in dealing with this particular subject.

There are loop holes for denying with a family member.
For example, if his proposed residence was an apartment complex, and said apartment complex doesn't allow felons, his transfer could be denied.
I guess my overall point was, Pam Bondi can't do anything.
If he buys a home, which I presume he can, it's just a formality.
The juice is loose in FLA.

The juice is loose if FLA.
You don't have to sound so excited about it.

Not sure what the big concern with him moving to Florida is, he's served his time, he's 70 freaking years old.

He'll resume his retirement career of searching for the real killer while simultaneously playing mediocre golf and making tasteless jokes.

Seems like NIMBY paranoia.

He's a murdering murderer who murders.

You don't see the problem?

Shouldn't we be more afraid of Ray Lewis then? Not sure if he has a house in Florida though!
You absolutely should be afraid of Ray Lewis too...definitely. He's arguably a bigger P.O.S. than OJ. and more susceptible to more murders since he's a gang-bangin' thug...and not a refined, accomplished Hollywood actor, like the Juice.

While I might agree, in the eyes of the law, he is not.

And where do you suggest he live? Some place random or some place where family members can watch over and monitor him?
