How many times did NO catch a 6-7 yard pass on 3rd and 5? He was a mismatch for a LB or SS and was open in a split second so pass rush was negated.
So far this year there has been one solid catch by a TE when Kerr caught the TD pass in the corner. Other then that they have dropped balls, missed blocks, and committed huge penalty's.
Some of the pressure being put on FSU would back off if there was a TE who could do the same. Certainly do not ever expect another NO, but need some production or defenses are going to continue to but 7-9 guys within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage. No OL in world can block 7 guys when no WO are getting open. Heck line Campbell up as a split out TE and see what happens.
