lost in the brouhaha surrounding the bar fight (which I believe Cook is innocent of and is only my opinion) is the citation from 2014.
I'm wondering if anyone knows (from an insiders point of view) if FSU will address this issue in any of their presentations or classes moving forward.
I can tell you as an animal lover, I dont like what I read in the citation, but I also dont feel he should be compared with Michael Vick either.
As i see it, he chained the puppies too closely together, 2 were subsequently not able to breathe properly, and it was raining. Not good, esp if they actually were having trouble breathing due to ignorance. But, hopefully, he understood the issue, and took proper steps to not let that happen in the future
I am hopeful he has them as pets and he loves them and cares for them as such.
A lot of folks that I know seem to focus on this as another character issue for Dalvin, as well as another character issue for our players in general
I havent heard much from FSU PR-wise on this issue, and the media seems solely focused on the bar fight thing.
