TK loved to wear his colorful Seminole jacket I hope it is nearby.
I have tried to find one like he wears. Anybody have an idea of where to get one?
T.K. is always linked in my memories with guys like Gary Pajic, Ron Sellers, Dale McCullers, Tom Bailey, Garry Parris, etc... They were Bill Peterson’s leaders during some great years.

met him at the phi delt house when we both were undergraduates and later when he was fsu president. he was just casually walking out the isle ramps and looking over crowd. I was on the isle seat, saw him,
and got up and introduced myself. I asked him if he remembered meeting me at the phi delt house
with a mutual friend. to my surprise he did and even named the mutual friend. also, have a buddy
who worked in fsu admin who told me that the reason we still can use the name Seminoles is due in
large part to tk. he and a select group including attorneys went to the ncaa headquarters, explained why
were entitled to use the name Seminoles and logo since the Seminole tribe of Fla did not object and were
paid royalties, and told them we were prepared to take legal action if they tried to ban our use of the name
and logo. tk prevailed and the rest is history. yes, he was a good guy who loved the Seminoles.

I remember the first time I watched TK as a player. He scored on a 59-yard pass in the closing minutes to help us upset a very good Baylor team. The next week, he combined with Billy Moremen to complete a 102- yard kickoff return for a touchdown against Kentucky. His last play as a Seminole came three years later against Florida. He batted away a 4th down pass to preserve our first victory over the Gators at Florida Field.

What a Seminole - he and his family are in our prayers.
