Disappointed that Madison, Hamilton, and Jay didn't address this issue in the Federalist papers....

Just another overreach by the current administration.
I don't have a opinion on the issue either way as long as it does not affect the price of a lap dance.

Age requirements on most activities. Are they overreaches? Don't know. Do they make a difference? One could argue for or against.

Many times, yes. Sixteen was set for driving so kids could get themselves to work. As for all the others, pick an age. One age. In my opinion, it should be 18. Mature enough to vote and enter the military, mature enough for the rest.
