What's on the menu for tomorrow?

Blackstone flat grill, cooking on site. Plenty of time and room in the coolers. Partner is a great cook, no degree of difficulty is off limits.

Hot dogs, cheese dogs and sausage will be made for the daughter (no pics) and other students.

Heh!! I really miss the Lot 14 tailgates. For the noon games I made Monte Cristo/Croque Monseur.

But I love burgers at a tailgate, as well as funky cocktail spreads, like pork tenderloin and sharp sauce, smoked salmon, French baguettes, but then, that is the way I like to eat period.

Maybe a rib or two, but I do know how you guys love your BBQ and everyone always does a good job. And our Italian American friends always serve up their specialties.
