Florida shuts out Vandi (ok, not that surprising)
Miami did not play but it still feels like they lost.

Score 7 to 17 -A and M

I only saw a couple of iffy snaps today but I think it was very significant that M. Smith altered the rhythm of his snaps. UNC blitzers were trying to jump the snap count and had to stop and restart. Any little thing like this can help the offensive line and it seemed to work well.

Scott Frost looks to be getting that thing turned around. Still a ways to go, but those farm boys are playing hard for him. How cool would it be to see FSU and NU re-enter the world again at the same time?

The postgame show is great! Gene and Tom facilitate the calls with ease. But, three of the most revered jerseys in college football history (Brooks, Primetime, and Charlie) are in Gene’s backdrop hanging on plastic Walmart hangers!!! Can we get some Men’s Warehouse or Banana Republic hangers for these legendary jerseys??? Come on, Gene! We all know you don’t have a tight budget!

Super happy for the players today. And super happy they played mostly smart and executed (any dropped passes????). But I’m most happy because it felt for the first time this year that the coaches made all the right decisions. No boneheaded calls on either side of the ball. They only helped the players, who continue to play hard and are now seeing the vision come together two weeks in a row. Today felt like a turning point for the entire team and the entire staff. It’s as if the coaches needed to build confidence as much as the team did. Here’s hoping the momentum continues!

I just rewatched the condensed game. UNC cuts the lead to 11 in the 3rd quarter late. Travis hits Helton (toe tap on sideline) for a first down. I think that’s the turning point in the game….

Nice to look back and see how we convert on a pivotal 3rd down. Little did we know at the time, that was the game changer…

Great win today by the Noles. Players and coaches are starting to figure it out. And it's just great to have your team with a win for the day and getting to watch all the other teams run the gauntlet. I can't remember the last time it happened.

Something is wrong with you. I gave us no chance of winning this game. But dadgummit, the team rose up. This is by far our best win in years. YEARS! Let’s build on this to bowl eligibility.

One of the more impressive aspects of this win is that so many players were unavailable. Couple of weeks to get healthy is right on time.

We’ve had all year. They let the kids play and only called the most obvious or blatant fouls.

Deserve a very loud shout out. Travis didn’t throw it but 13 times. But when he did the protection was excellent. I can’t think of a single time when he was pressured early. Our running game helps a ton, but there is clear and obvious improvement in pass pro. Run blocking seems excellent as well. They actually seemed to improve when love Taylor went down which shocked me.

Did Taylor make it back in the game after his injury or was he out the rest of the game?
