I just told the guy sitting at the bar that I liked the way our D was playing. That was mid way through the second quarter. Should have kept my mouth shut.
We're showing no improvement because we don't have a coaching staff that comprehends well enough the individual natural strengths of the players in order to scheme a successful game plan. This is truly unacceptable and as a fan base it seems that the selection committee that chose Norvell "punked" us all.
By a mile…TJ poses absolutely no threat passing the ball…the offense is way too limited with TJ. But heck maybe that is the way Dilly likes it, keeps is simple for him and he can deflect the blame.
Man any move that at DT makes works against him. I mean the nose guard was in the backfield and past him as soon as he snapped the ball. Between he and Robert Scott, they offer NO resistance to a pass rush at all.
They can pass on us easily it’s all over. There has been a few games in the past where they tried to run and we had some success. Then they start passing and we are hopeless. UNC game last year comes to mind, and Boise state the year before.
They sound great as usual…best band in the land. But a question…their #s look down this year…as I’m watching them now it just looks like they don’t cover as much of the field as they used to.
