I've already reserved a room at my friend's house in Uptown.
I still remember (sort of) my Cat 5 maintain in New Orleans for the 1999 title game. I went skrong that day.
That will be just like a bowl game to kick off the season. At least in NO. Orlando will be like a consolidation bowl punishment.
All for that - I think we'll have one of the better pass defenses in the country this year. If the d-line is effective vs. zone/read then we could be a pretty stout unit.
One thing is for sure - we won't be worse on turnovers and 3rd down.
LSU is the only sec team I can stomach! Shame it's not a home and home series though.
I agree. New Orleans is VERY COOL. But other than maybe going to Ohio State and Notre Dame, going to a night game against LSU at night is the highest visit on my “bucket list”.
Very much looking forward to the New Orleans trip, and if all goes as planned, Taggart will be rolling into the Crescent City with 4th straight top 3 recruiting class and at least 1 natty if we can get some pages going in this thread

One of my brothers escorted our mom to that game and they had a large time. Mom was cracking up about brother leading chants n cheers on the bus to and fro their hotel. He also was dancing the “bus driver” on a table top at some point... trousers down at ankle height with the crowd cheering his Seminole self onward.

Oh look! Someone finally noticed what’s going on at Jawja. Which is zero surprise from all of the recruitniks I listen to or know. Basically everyone cheats with some hundred dollar handshakes, car loans etc per someone I trust to know but in the last two years Jawja has broken with convention and is literally just tossing briefcases of money at recruits Hollywood mobster style.
